President's Day

On Presiden't Day we had such nice weather we decided to take a bike ride on the trail near our us. We invited the Saunders to go with. All the kids had bikes except Jacob who rode in a stroller, the Dads rollerbladed, and the Moms walked. We wanted to rollerblade but decided it wasn't a good idea, since we were a little front heavy (i.e. prego).
Here's everyone starting off.

Luke getting pretty tricky.

Jacob fell asleep in the car, so we tucked him into his stroller without waking him. Phew!

The trail runs behind our church building, we had a great shot of Mt. Rainier behind the steeple.

We took a little water and cracker break.

The trail ended at an elementary school. The Dads watched a game of Frisbee Football while the kids played on the playground.

Ellie's front side.

Elle's back side.

Everyone had to get a picture on the rock wall, here's Jason.

And here's Katie...

And Ian.

Luke wouldn't give me a smile.

And Jacob was hamming it up.
I took this from underneath the walkway on the playground equipment.

All the cousins at the entrance to the trail after we were done (waiting for the Moms).

The Moms brought up the rear, they all waited so patiently, except Jacob.

The whole crew minus the Dads, of course.

(Someone has to take the picture and someone else has to supervise the taking of the picture.)
