Our trip to California

We just spent 8 days in California and had a great time enjoying the sunshine, the beach and Disneyland. We flew in on Tuesday night and the next day headed off to Disneyland. Kami stayed with Grandma and Cheryl.
On the plane Katie enjoyed coloring.
Jason took my picture.
This is a bad shot of Kami she spent most of the flight with Daddy and was a very good girl.
Jacob was good on the plane and even used the potty. Which can be loud and a little scary for a 3 year old.
Jason read one book from start to finish. He's also old enough to be a little concerned about flying. He was uneasy during takeoff and landing (which was a little rough.) As we were flying over some mountains he asked what would happen if we crashed and then how would we be found. I think my answers made him feel better. You have to get the classic picture at the entrance. Justin is behind the camera so he's not in the shot.Riding the tram from the parking lot. It was almost as fun as a Disneyland ride for Jacob. He thought it was a train.Jason and Katie were excited to be getting so close to Disneyland.Climbing the ropes on Pirate's Liar formerly Tom Sawyer's IslandJacob being goofy.Katie the monkey.Jacob didn't like crossing the bridges, especially the barrel one.Getting tickled by Daddy for not smiling.Katie had her face painted in preparation for seeing the princesses.Katie got to see her three favorite princesses.

Jasmine is her absolute favorite.

Where's Ariel's shells? She just doesn't look the same in a dress.

Jacob looooves Mickey. It was worth the line we had to wait in.

One of the last things we did was It's a Small World again, this time the kids had the seat to themselves.

Mommy and Daddy sat behind them.

The tram ride back to the car isn't as exciting.

Jacob fell asleep in the stroller long before this picture was taken. More pictures to come...
